RETURNS AND DELIVERY

We have reviewed and selected the best ergonomic products on the market. Our aim is to give our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers.

All items are by pre-order based on product availability. Once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation and invoice from us with our banking details for payment. ​Please check your Junk Folder or contact us immediately if you do not receive an email.

 

Orders usually take 7-14 days to be processed. We will only begin to process your order when payment confirmation is received.

If payment confirmation is received after 12 noon, we will begin to process your order the next business day.

 

N.B.: Shipping times may vary. If we are experiencing any delays we will communicate this to you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY:

Delivery to home or office 

 

A delivery fee will be applied at checkout based on your delivery location. We will contact you when your order is ready and delivery will be made within 1-2 days (based on courier availability). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding delivery.

The following information must be provided prior to delivery:

Name/Company Name (if applicable)
Address – Street name and number, floor number, apartment number, or light pole number 
City / Town / Locality – E.g. Port of Spain, Arima, Kelly Village
Phone Number – A number is important to call if the address cannot be found
Attention – A contact person is required

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

 

Please WhatsApp, call or email us as soon as possible to request any changes or cancellation of your order.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing an order will be made at no additional cost and a full refund issued via the original mode of payment.


Any cancellation request received more than 24 hours after an order is placed is non-refundable.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have ​seven (7)​ days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a Return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.

 

Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your Return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via the original mode of payment.
