  • How do I place an order?
    1. Go to our Shop page and select the items to add to your cart 2. Select the cart icon at the top right-hand corner of the page 3. The Cart page will open. Select the Checkout button and proceed to Checkout 4. Complete the Checkout Form and place your order 5. You will receive an automatic confirmation that your order has been received followed by an invoice with our banking information to facilitate payment.
  • I saw different prices quoted for one of your items. How do I know the correct price?
    We accept only the prices listed on our website. Please see our Pricing Policy page: https://www.allenkeysolutions.com/pricingpolicy for more info.
  • I placed my order and included my delivery address but I did not see the delivery fee included at checkout. How will I know the delivery fee?
    Our standard delivery fee is TT$40.00. Please insert your exact Delivery Address at Checkout. You should receive an email with an invoice for payment (inclusive of any delivery fees) after your order has been placed. Please contact us via WhatsApp or phone if you have any concerns.
  • I don't have a Zip Code in my address. What should I do?
    Please enter 00000 in the Zip Code field.
  • How will I know that you received my order?
    You will receive an automatic confirmation when your order is received. We will also provide you with an invoice with our banking information to make payment via online banking/deposit. If you do not receive confirmation or an invoice, please contact us immediately.
  • How can I track my order?
    Orders usually take 7-14 days to be processed and delivered. Once your item has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation. We will then notify you when your order is ready and our courier service will contact you within 1-2 days to arrange delivery.
  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    Orders usually take 7-14 (calendar) days to be processed and delivered. Processing will begin once payment confirmation is received.
  • How do I change or cancel my order?

  • I received an email saying that my order is ready. How long would it take for me to get the item?
    Deliveries will be made within 1-2 days, based on courier availability. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. ​The following information must be provided prior to delivery: - Name/Company Name (if applicable) - Address – Street name and number, floor number, apartment number, or light pole number - City / Town / Locality – E.g. Port of Spain, Arima, Kelly Village - Phone Number – A number is important to call if the address cannot be found - Attention – A contact person is required

    Please communicate with us beforehand if someone else will be receiving the item on your behalf. A person under 18 years old cannot receive delivery of an item. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any item to a person under 18 years old.
  • What are your payment options?
    For safety reasons we do not accept cash on delivery. All payments must be made via online bank transfer or bank deposit. After Checkout, you will receive an invoice containing our banking information.
  • Do you accept credit card payments?
    We do not accept credit card payments at this time.
  • I do not have online banking. How can I make a payment?
    Payment can be made via deposit at your bank.
  • How will you know when I have made an offline payment (online bank transfer/bank deposit)?
